This Cozy Sweet Tea Harvest Punch is what happens when sweet tea meets the best flavors of autumn. It’s got that familiar, comforting sweetness from black tea, but then the apple cider and cranberry juice come in and make it feel like a warm hug in a glass.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups brewed black tea, cooled
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 23 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea: Brew 4 cups of strong black tea using 4 tea bags for 4 cups of boiling water. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool completely.
  2. Combine the liquids: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine cooled tea, apple cider, cranberry juice, honey (or maple syrup), and fresh lemon juice. Stir well until honey is fully dissolved.
  3. Taste and adjust: Adjust sweetness or tartness to your liking by adding more honey or lemon juice.
  4. Add the aromatics: Drop in orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and fresh cranberries (if using). Stir gently.
  5. Chill (optional but recommended): Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Can be made a day ahead.
  6. Serve over ice: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour punch over top. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig and an extra orange slice if desired.

Notes

Brew the tea strong (double strength) so the flavor comes through. Let tea cool completely before mixing to avoid melting ice too fast. Don’t skip the lemon juice—it balances sweetness. For parties, make an ice ring with cranberries and orange slices to keep punch cold without diluting. This punch can be served warm by heating on the stovetop.
