A quick and refreshing smoothie blending mango, pineapple, Greek yogurt, and coconut milk for a creamy tropical treat ready in just 3 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup canned full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional, skip if using frozen fruit)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop fresh mango and pineapple into roughly 1-inch pieces. If using frozen fruit, no prep is needed—just measure out your portions.
  2. Place the mango, pineapple, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (if using), lime juice, and vanilla extract into the blender. Add ice cubes unless relying on frozen fruit for chill.
  3. Start blending on low speed then gradually increase to high. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  4. Taste and adjust the smoothie. If too thick, add a splash more coconut milk or water and blend again. If it needs more sweetness, add a little more honey or maple syrup.
  5. Pour into your favorite glass or mason jar and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit to chill the smoothie naturally and reduce the need for ice cubes. For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or plant-based yogurt and coconut milk with almond or oat milk. To make it more filling, add protein powder or a frozen banana. Let frozen fruit sit out for 5 minutes before blending if your blender struggles with chunks.
