Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Cold Brew Concentrate
  • ½ cup (120 ml) Milk of Choice (e.g., oat milk, whole milk, almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Maple Syrup or Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Ice Cubes
  • Optional: Cinnamon Stick or Whipped Cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill your glass with ice.
  2. Add all liquid ingredients to the blender: cold brew concentrate, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Do not add ice to the blender.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to the blender.
  4. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the blended mixture over the ice in the glass.
  6. Give it a quick stir.
  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a cinnamon stick, or whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a smoother texture, use room temperature pumpkin puree. To make ahead, blend the pumpkin spice mixture (without milk and ice) and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. For a hot version, skip the ice and blend with hot coffee instead of cold brew.
