  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge for best flavor.
  3. Place marinated chicken thighs in the slow cooker in an even layer. Pour any leftover marinade over the top.
